This explains what Jeddah Trading keeps about you, why we keep it, who can see it, and how to have it removed. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal language.

| Shop while signed in | What you bought, your loyalty points, your referral code, your saved items, and your basket — so it is still there on your other phone. |
| Write a review | The name and town you type on the review. These are shown publicly on the product. |
| Just browse | Your basket, your saved items and recently viewed products are kept on your own phone and are not sent to us unless you are signed in. |
We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not share them with advertisers. When we are running adverts, our website may load Meta's (Facebook) measurement tool, which tells Meta that a page was viewed or a purchase happened. It is not given your name, your phone number or your address.
Your account details are kept until you delete your account. Order records are kept as part of our business accounts; when you delete your account the personal details on past orders are erased, and only the order number, date, items and totals remain, with no name attached.
You can delete your account and your personal details at any time, either from My Account inside the shop or the app, or from the page below, which works without installing anything.
What is erased: your name, phone number, email, address, PIN, loyalty points,
referral code, saved items and your whole message history with us.
What remains: the order number, date, items and totals of past orders, with your name
and contact details removed. We keep these because they are part of our accounts.
The shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will remove them.
The shop is served over an encrypted connection. PINs are stored scrambled and cannot be read back. Staff access is limited by role, and every change to an order or to stock is recorded against the person who made it.
If we change how we handle your details we will update this page and change the date at the top.
